I'd serve roast potatoes w/ fresh grated cheese or a little bit of dipping sauce for bread or …. oh my gosh, what wouldn't I serve in this?!?!

  2. Winelady Cooks says

Congrats on your first giveaway! For me comfort foods seem to go hand in hand with this petite Le Creuset, like a kicked up mac and cheese. Or maybe cocktail meatballs if I was having a wine tasting gathering.

  3. islandeat says

I would love to serve a warm crabmeat, parmesan, and artichoke dip in this as an hors d'oeuvre.

Thanks for the chance to enter!

  4. Barb, Diabetic Snacker says

I follow by rss reader. I'd make my homemade meatballs & sauce in this. Cobalt blue matches my kitchen I love it.

  5. krautundcracker says

I would make a lovely cassoulet with white beans, duck and weisswurst!!! Gosh that sounds so fantastic, especially served in a Le Creuset!!!

  6. dreaminitvegan says

    What a beautiful color blue!
I'd serve up warm vegan cheezy dip and serve with homemade baked tortilla chips!

  7. Chris says

I'm thinking a cheesy dip thing, too. Yum. Or maybe I would try a hot crab dip – I've never made that and would be inspired if I had a new blue dish!

  8. leah10x10 says

Since I would have only one of these, I would probably go with a dip of some sort. (If I had more than one, I would make individual gratins or savory bread puddings or a fancy mac and cheese. Or desserts like individual blueberry crisps.)
Since I would have just the one, though, I would make a warm dip so that I could utilize the fact that the vessel can be warmed, and the fact that it has a lid. I'm going to go crabbing this summer, so I should have plenty of Chesapeake blue crab with which to make a warm crab dip. With Old Bay, of course.

We are crazy about Buffalo Chicken Dip right now, and wouldn't that red/orange dip look yummy in this gorgeous blue casserole?!?

  10. AF_wife says

Nikki, I would make a classic French onion soup dip – from scratch or just from a mix (when pressed for time).
