Sometimes you don’t have a choice.

Dinner fails.

The potatoes are fussy and take too long to cook, the squash gets pushed around the plate in hopes of something more, and it’s too hot to start over.

So, it’s homemade soy milk over cold cereal for dinner.

Followed by ginger ice cream.


Scoop after scoop of sweet spice.

This I can get used to.

    I've had cereal more than a few nights. Or frozen yogurt. :) It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Big Spoon Yogurt Shop. I don't know if that is good or not so good. :)

    Love when food blogs admit to a recipe failure… and how to recuperate. The cereal and ginger ice cream is the best way!
